Circuit Training is an intense, focused, effective workout based on the HIIT technique. From start to finish it is only 30 minutes. Moving quickly between stations to work different muscle groups you will target your core, abs, legs, arms, glutes, and back as well as your heart. Setting your own limits in weights, resistance, and aerobics the program is great for beginners and seasoned athletes alike. This class will give you a full body workout in addition to increasing flexibility, balance and endurance.
